Last updated: July 12, 2026
This website and the tools linked from it are owned and operated by Equalora ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website or any Equalora tool, feature, or service linked from it, you ("you" or "your") acknowledge the disclosures in this AI Use Disclosure.
1. What this covers
Content on this website, and content produced through Equalora's tools and features — including drafted written materials, document generation, guidance, and responses — may be created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website copy, blog posts, and product descriptions
- HR documents drafted or assisted by Equalora's tools (recaps, coaching notices, written warnings, and similar records)
- Responses, summaries, or guidance provided within AI-assisted features we offer
Equalora's tools and internal systems make use of third-party AI and infrastructure providers, including Anthropic's Claude, Cal.com, Supabase, Netlify, Resend, and the Google Workspace suite.
2. No warranty on AI-generated content
Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Such content is provided "as is," for informational purposes, and any reliance on it is at your own risk. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or omissions, and may lack the context or professional judgment a qualified human expert would ordinarily apply. Use your own discretion, and where a decision carries legal, financial, or employment consequences, confirm it with a qualified professional before acting.
3. Human oversight
We make reasonable efforts to review AI-assisted content before it is relied upon, particularly for HR and compliance documents. However, not all AI-assisted content undergoes human review before it reaches you, and we cannot guarantee complete accuracy in any individual instance.
4. Not legal advice
AI-generated or AI-assisted content on this site, and any HR compliance information, document, or guidance produced through Equalora's tools, is provided as general information and consulting support — it is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed California attorney.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equalora and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated or AI-assisted content provided through this website or Equalora's tools.
6. Reporting an error
If you believe AI-assisted content on this site or in a document you received is inaccurate or needs correction, contact us at hrca.helpdesk@gmail.com.
7. Changes to this disclosure
We may update this disclosure as our tools and offerings change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure.
8. Governing law
This disclosure is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of this disclosure is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
